Best MP3 Players on the Market

When MP3 players first came out, they were hardly the advanced pieces of technology they are today. With some models offering huge amounts of storage and others boasting features like radio playback and video recording, there is a MP3 player for everyone. Apple has dominated the marketplace for quite some time, but they are not the only manufacturer in the world of MP3s.

Click here: Best MP3 Player  for detailed view :

Apple iPod touch 4th Generation 32GB MP3 Player

Many users call the iPod touch an iPhone 4 without the phone calls. However, thanks to rear and front facing cameras, this iPod offers access to FaceTime video chatting. The iPod touch features 720p HD video recording that when combined with the iMovie App allows users to shoot and immediately edit and upload videos.
Produced images are crystal clear courtesy of Retina Display – however, still photos aren’t as great as they are on the iPhone 4. Web browsing, watching videos and listening to music are easy tasks thanks to great battery life and a trusty A4 processor. The 8GB model retails for $229 or for another $70 you can upgrade to 32GB. If you’re planning on purchasing an iPhone 4 you may not need both, but this iPod touch is the clear frontrunner for MP3 players.

Microsoft Zune HD 32GB Platinum MP3 Player

Determined to not be left out of the game, Microsoft designed the Zune HD 32GB MP3 player to challenge the iPod touch. The Zune triumphs over the iPod with OLED display, HD radio and high definition video. Wi-Fi allows Zune users to share media, sync music as well as download games, manage podcasts, and access the Zune Pass music subscription. With an estimated 33 hours of music playback, the Zune is sure to keep you entertained and free of disappointment.

Apple iPod Nano 6th Generation 16GB MP3 Player

Historically, the iPod Nano has undergone the greatest transformations and it’s no different with the 6th generation. This Nano features a 1.5-inch touch screen which may take some adjustment, but the interface is relatively easy to use. It also allows you to replace your old sweaty armband with a built-in clip and pedometer. Some users may miss the video playback and recording capabilities from the 5th generation along with useful features like calendar notes and alarm clock. However, this version still retains the popular FM Radio access. If it’s portability you seek or fitness focused you are, this Nano may be your perfect companion.

Apple iPod classic 160GB MP3 Player

The iPod classic is Apple’s old faithful and for good reason. The 160GB of memory allow for easy storage of up to 40,000 songs, 25,000 photos or 200 hours of video – a perfect solution for those with ever expanding iTunes libraries, photo habits, or video addiction. Though it may not have the tricked out features of the iPod Touch or the Zune, the iPod classic is a true MP3 player and storage device. If you have no desire to sort through the endless app store, but still want some entertainment, the classic has access to many iPod games via the iTunes store.

Windows 8

History and development

In January 2011 at the Consumer Electronics Show Microsoft announced that Windows 8 would be adding support for ARM microprocessors in addition to the traditional x86 microprocessors from Intel & AMD.

A 32-bit Milestone 1 build, build 7850, with a build date of September 22, 2010, was leaked to BetaArchive, an online beta community, which was soon leaked to P2P/torrent sharing networks on April 12, 2011. Milestone 1 includes a ribbon interface for Windows Explorer, a PDF reader called Modern Reader, an updated task manager called Modern Task Manager, and native ISO image mounting.

A 32-bit Milestone 2 build, build 7927, was leaked to The Pirate Bay on August 29, 2011 right after many pictures leaked on BetaArchive the day before. Features of this build are mostly the same as build 7955.
A 32-bit Milestone 2 build, build 7955, was leaked to BetaArchive on April 25, 2011. Features of this build were a new pattern login and more.

A 64-bit Milestone 3 build, build 7959, was leaked to BetaArchive on May 1, 2011. This build is notable for being the first publicly leaked Windows Server 8 build, as well as the first leaked 64-bit build.
A Milestone 3 build, build 7971, was released to close partners of Microsoft on March 29, 2011 but was kept under heavy security. However, a few screenshots were leaked. The "Windows 7 Basic" theme now uses similar metrics to the Aero style, but maintains its non-hardware accelerated design, and also supports taskbar thumbnails. The boxes that encase the "close, maximize, and minimize" buttons have been removed, leaving just the signs.

A 64-bit Milestone 3 build, build 7989, leaked to BetaArchive on June 18, 2011 after screenshots were revealed the previous day. An SMS feature, a new virtual keyboard, a new bootscreen, transparency in the basic theme, geo-location services, Hyper-V 3.0, and Powershell 3.0 were revealed in this build.

Features

The main feature that was shown is the extensively redesigned user interface, optimized for touchscreens as well as mice and keyboards. A new "Start screen", similar to the one in Windows Phone 7, includes live application tiles. It replaces the Start menu, being triggered by the Start button or Windows key, and is also the first screen shown on startup. The user can go to the regular desktop by choosing the "Desktop" tile or a traditional desktop-based application. The Start screen also displays the user's name and avatar.
Windows 8 has a new developer platform according to Microsoft Vice President Julie Larson-Green, who called it "our new developer platform, which is...based on HTML5 and JavaScript. The new applications run in full-screen, but two of them can be displayed side-by-side using "Snap". Examples of new applications that were demoed include a Twitter client, a weather application, a stock-tracking application, an RSS news feeder, and a virtual piano.
The new interface is primarily designed for 16:9 screen resolutions, with 1366×768 and larger screens able to display two Windows 8 applications. 1024×768 screens can display one Windows 8 application in full-screen, and 1024×600 screens can only use the traditional Windows desktop.
Mike Angiulo confirmed at Computex 2011 that Windows 8 will use OEM Activation 3.0 instead of OEM Activation 2.1 (used by Windows 7), which supposedly makes it less prone to cracks.
Windows 8 features a new lock screen that shows the date and time and notifications, along with a customisable background.
Windows 8 will also include Microsoft's Hyper-V virtualization tool. Previously only offered in Windows Server, Hyper-V will now be available in client versions of Windows for the first time. The system requirements for Hyper-V are a 64-bit processor, a 64-bit version of Windows 8, and a minimum of 4 GB of RAM. Hyper-V also requires a 64-bit system that has Second Level Address Translation (SLAT), a feature that helps with memory management. Many of Intel's and AMD's recent processors support this feature, including many of Intel's i-Series processors (with Extended Page Table) and AMD's 10h family processors.
On September 8, 2011, Microsoft announced that Windows 8 has short boot times, because it saving the kernel's memory to the hard disk on shutdown (similar to the existing Hibernate option) and reloading it on startup.

Are you looking to protect your PC, laptop or netbook? Do you want more than just antivirus protection? If so, you’ll be wanting a complete internet security package.
This Video Gives you the idea of Internet Security 2012

There are many bonuses to buying an internet security suite as opposed to a standalone antivirus program. Some examples of the extra features you will gain if you spend a few extra dollars on your security are -
1. A firewall
2. Antispyware
3. Antispam protection
4. Protection against dodgy links in search engines
5. Identity theft protection

Most of the above are fairly common features in internet security programs these days but many security vendors add in other useful additions that are unique to their products. In fact, I expect all of the companies I will be looking at to try and outdo each other, as well as improve on their 2011 offerings.

I will be reviewing internet security products from the following security vendors as they are released over the next few months. So keep popping back as I will add more on a regular basis -

2012 Internet Security Reviews -

Environmental Hazards Of Electronic Waste

Numerous electronic gadgets, including PCs, laptops, DVDs, MP3 players, printers, mobile phones, washing machines, home appliances, televisions and other equipments, are bought and sold every day. Although most of them constitute an indispensable part of our everyday lives, their hazardous effects on the environment and health cannot be overlooked. Initially, they tend to pose a threat to the health of human beings when they are being used. Once these electronic equipments become obsolete, they are dumped into the landfills, making them hazardous for the environment as well. Given below is complete information about the environmental hazards of electronic waste.

E-Waste Environmental Hazards

1. The metallic parts of obsolete computers are considered hazardous for the environment, as they contain poisonous chemicals.

2. Old models of televisions and computer monitors, which are very bulky, contain at least 5 pounds of a poisonous metal - lead.

3.According to a recent study, dumping of consumer electronics contributes to approximately 40 percent of the lead in landfills.

4. Lead is also found in the Cathode Ray Tubes (CRTs) of computer and television monitors. The metal causes damage to the nervous system.

5. Mercury, a hazardous metal used in the flat-panel display screens, is found to be a neurotoxin. The harmful metal is absorbed by the human body through contaminated drinking water. High levels of metallic mercury damages the nervous system and the developing fetus. It is hard to get rid of mercury, once it is released in the environment.

6. Circuit boards and batteries contain cadmium, which is known to be a carcinogen - directly involved in the promotion of various types of cancer.

7. Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), a synthetic polymer used for the insulation of wires and cables of electronic equipments, gives rise to the emission of chlorinated dioxins and furans, when it is disposed.
Cadmium and mercury, found in the monitors of obsolete desktop PCs, leach into the ground water, thereby contaminating it.

8. Researchers have found that improper disposal of e-waste will affect the quality of ground water in the next 10-20 years.

9. According to an estimate, the future generations will find it difficult to obtain clear water supply, due to the improper methods adopted for disposal of electronic waste.

10. Rechargeable nickel-cadmium batteries, found in laptop computers, are one of the major contributors of electronic waste. Cadmium is hazardous for the environment due to its chronic toxic property.

Celebrating 50th Year, Domino's Pizza Gives Itself a Makeover

Domino's Reinventing its Pizza with Seasoned Crust, Robust Sauce, Shredded Cheese.

Approaching 50 years in the business, Domino's Pizza, the recognized world leader in pizza delivery, is changing its core pizza recipe. With a new garlic seasoned crust, robust sauce and more flavorful shredded cheese, Domino's new hand-tossed pizza has been reinvented to deliver more taste -- and Domino's is backing it up with a guarantee. Rolling out over the course of the next few weeks, Domino's new pizza will be in all U.S. stores beginning December 27.

 "2011 will be our 50th year in the business, and we are kicking it off with the most aggressive promotion in the history of our company," said Domino's Chairman and CEO David A. Brandon. "This is the biggest product introduction we've done since...well, pizza."

The primary changes include:

Crust - A garlic seasoned crust with parsley baked to a golden brown

Sauce - Sweeter, bolder tomato sauce with a medley of herbs and a red pepper kick

Cheese - Shredded cheese made with 100% real mozzarella and flavored with just a hint of provolone

Reinventing the Domino's Brand :
"The fact is, we love our pizza, but as times change, so do consumer tastes," said Russell Weiner, Domino's Chief Marketing Officer. "We've created a pizza to reflect what consumers are looking for. We're not talking about a slightly-altered version of our previous pizza. It's a completely new pizza reinvented from the crust up, and we are proud of it. To us, it's as big as McDonald's changing the Big Mac, or Burger King reinventing the Whopper. We spent the last 18 months reinventing the brand in anticipation of our 50th anniversary.

Weiner noted that more than 80 percent of the Domino's menu is new since 2008. Added to the menu since that time:

 1. Oven Baked Sandwiches, available in eight delicious varieties

 2. Domino's American Legends, a line of premium specialty pizzas

 3. Breadbowl Pasta, five varieties of pasta baked into a seasoned bread bowl

 4. Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes, oven-baked chocolate cakes, crunchy on the outside, with warm flowing chocolate fudge inside

"The cherry on the top of all this recent innovation is our newly-inspired pizza," said Weiner. "Our inspiration came from the thousands of direct consumer feedback messages on several social media channels.

"Over a two-year period, we tested dozens of cheeses, 15 sauces, and nearly 50 crust seasoning blends and researched every possible combination with customers who order from us all the time and customers who haven't tried us in years. Our extensive research showed that the new pizza is significantly improved over our previous pizza."

The special introductory offer will be 2 medium, 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 each

$1.4 Trillion India’s Black Money Stashed in Swiss Banks

 According to the data provided by the Swiss bank, India has more black money than rest of the world combined. India topping the list with almost $1500 Billion black money in swiss banks, followed by Russia $470 Billion, UK $390 Billion, Ukraine $100 Billion and China with $96 Billion.

It’s embarrassing for any country to top the list of black money holders. The money which belongs to the nation and it’s citizens, is stashed in the illegal personal accounts of corrupt politicians, IRS, IPS officers and industrialists. An amount which is 13 times larger than the nations foreign debt. Every year this amount is increasing at a rapid speed but the Indian government seem to be silent over this matter from a very long time. The total black money accounts for 40% of GDP of India, if all the money comes back to India then that could result in huge growth burst for India.

A nation where more than 450 million live below the poverty line, which means they make less than $1.25/day and could probably use an easy cash advances from somebody. By bringing back the black money back to the country there is so much which can be done for the development of the nation and the people who live below poverty line. India will also be able to clear all their foreign debts in 24Hrs. Even if all the taxes are abolished, the government can maintain the country easily for 30 years.

It’s been found that about 80 thousand people travel to Switzerland every year of whom around 25 thousand travel frequently. Those travelling on regular basis must be doing it for some reason.

The Indian government needs to take some serious steps to get the money back to India which is stashed in Swiss banks. They should work to find out the names of account holders in Swiss banks and also pressurize Swiss bank to get the black money back to the country. This has also become a matter of pride of nation and if the government still keeps silence about this issue then they will only be making themselves a laughing stock for the entire world.

TOP FIVE

 INDIA =  $1,456 BILLION

 RUSSIA =  $470 BILLION

 U.K. =  $390 BILLION

 UKRAINE = $100 BILLION

 CHINA  = $96 BILLION
